The T&M Method of Training
T&M booklets are specially designed to allow the same training in
multiple languages.
The booklet layout uses text with images created for
the various cultures in
which the training will take place.
1) A Pastoral Leader teaches a group of key students on location.
2) Students learn pastoral work in real life on-the-job action and experiences.
3) Students can continue studies on their own...
while awaiting regular meetings with the Pastoral Leader Trainer.
4) After their training ...
The students become trainers themselves, with new students of their own.
